The Department of Aquaculture successfully organized its regular scientific seminar for the 2025-2026 academic year.
On the morning of January 27, 2026, at Tay Do University, the Department of Aquaculture (Faculty of Applied Biology) held its regular seminar with the participation of numerous lecturers and students from Courses 17, 18, and 19.
The report focused on three practical areas:
- Microbial Technology: Application of Biofloc, microbial control in seed production, and Bacteriophage solutions as an antibiotic replacement.
- Nutrition and Techniques: Optimizing protein for yellow catfish and techniques for raising pearl carp.
- Physiology and New Cultivated Species: Research on the dogfish in Ca Mau and the effect of salinity on blue crabs.
The presentation was lively, helping students consolidate their knowledge and ignite their passion for research. This activity affirms the quality of training closely linked to practical applications at the Faculty of Applied Biology.
